Increasing Distribution, Room Nights, and Length of Stay

 

When WIRE Representation was appointed to manage the UK trade launch for Karpaz Gate Marina Resort, a 52-key luxury boutique hotel on the remote Karpas Peninsula in North Cyprus, the focus was clear – to drive bookings, extend stay duration, and build long-term brand recognition.

Strategic Approach:

The initial six weeks were dedicated to deep market research, including:

  • Conducting a comprehensive competitor benchmark analysis
  • Completing a full brochure review to assess positioning
  • Compiling a market intelligence report on KGM’s key competitors

With a strong foundation in place, I leveraged my         extensive network to secure high-impact distribution opportunities with both luxury travel agents and B2B wholesale operators, along with placements in top-tier online luxury publications and curated hotel platforms.

Key Activities Delivered:

  • Representation at major trade shows, including Unite Europe and World Travel Market
  • Direct outreach to over 150 agents and operators in the first year to discuss potential collaborations
  • Ongoing management of KGM’s UK trade office, covering sales calls, roadshows, fam trips, and in-market events
  • In 2024, expanded efforts into the German market, applying the same systematic, relationship-driven approach that proved successful in the UK
